Presentation SkillsGoals – Your goals & objectives drives the development of your

presentation. What is that you want to communicate - inform, persuade or sell What is that you want your audience to understand What is the outcome you want – a commitment or action

Include some examples & provide fact/details that help you achieve your objective but be crisp and avoid unnecessary details

Audience - The better you understand your audience the more you can tailor your presentation to their needs. Who is your target audience and how they are related to topic? What they know about the subject already and what they would be

interested in knowing? Are they interested/enthusiastic/hostile? Your reputation with target audience? Their expectation from the presentation?

Make sure you include fun activates, games, remarks etc to keep the audience engaged
