Get Started Content Management System Before starting the system, the most important things to know is the Role in the business system which indicates the responsibility and data accessibility for the users. To keep the business system running effectively, Content Management System provides the basic roles in the system as the core of the business, consisting of ; o  Business Admin o  Merchant o  User


Introduction to MMS

Business Admin Business Admin, plays an important role to manage overall business as using Content Management System which can simply operate affiliates, including brands, branches and campaign details. With the capability to online monitoring and effective analyzing services to review the results of the business providing important information needed for effective business strategy creation. Other significant role is to collect merchant and campaign detail, create and publish to end customer.

Merchant Merchant, as the partner of your business has responsibi l i t ies to prepare brands and their branch details, and send it to business admin. Another thing is to discuss with business admin to scope new campaign or adjust campaign to serve the end customer need by using the brands’ analytics provided by business admin. For this phase, merchant can send their detail to business admin by email.

User In the system, user means the customer of the brand in the business who interact the business through the online application, both mobile phone and PC.

Login

First with Log on. Just browse to http://app.shoppening.com then fill in your email and password. Please note that you have to content your supervisor to get admin account.

Dashboard – Start the management Content management system firstly appears with Dashboard in which Business Admin can review the application list of your business which comprises of App icon, App Name and “Manage App” part.

App Management


Application Management allows Business Admin to manage application in the business. The application list shows information including Application name, Application icon, Package detail and status . In case that Business Admin wants to manage some application, it can be done simply by clicking ”Manage App”. SHOPPENING provides you three different ways to manage your app, Edit content, Analytics and Push notification Management. . 1) Edit Content: add, edit and delete content 2) Analytic: view app statistics 3) Push Notification: send message to app users

1) Edit Content In this section, you can add, edit and remove content in features listed following the feature in your application:

Focusing on application, content is an important part to stimulate the interest of customers. Therefore, good content will make launched application and campaign reach the customers effectively with commercial strategy and also help business owners have an advantage than rivals in the market. Business admin has the direct responsibility to create a contents, campaigns, and brands in the application Therefore, Business Admin is a key man as the last checkpoint before campaigns reach customers. Manage Content menu allows Super Admin to manage all campaign in the business easily by using features on the page as the figure.

Highlight is the first page and also the first tab of the application. It means that

everyone have to see it. As our suggestion, highlight

campaign have to impact to your application target customer. The things that

you can set to highlight are gift (e-coupon), news and promotions and magazine. Moreover, the arrangement of highlight content is able

to set by merchant administrator.
