Total sales in December were up 9% from last year and roughly

equal to last month.

Inventory is lower than any time in recent

years.

There has been steady activity and

fewer listings – resulting in a high

U/C %.

The activity this fall has been

similar to that of the past five

years.

No change to the overall trend of fewer listings on

the market.

Sales ended the year down by 3%

and ahead of 2012 by 6%. Many

closings tend to be toward the end of

the month, thus the spikes each month.

My View of the Market Things to look for in 2015: Continued strong buyer demand due to a

strong local economy and a difficult rental market.

Rising interest rates. Steady value appreciation. Continued strength in the luxury market.
