The process is to document/disclose to the public/buyer, the extent to which residential properties (i.e. single family, condominium, townhouse, or duplex) acquired comply with applicable building/zoning codes. The new process includes preparation of a report (completed by an architect or engineer) which identifies building/zoning code violations and contains a good faith estimate of cost to remedy deficiencies.
