Homesites in Stage 4A are priced from $243,000 to $275,000 and include front yard landscaping, NBN ready fibre optic cable, boundary fencing and a $1,000 line of credit to The Vines Golf and Country Club (conditions apply). “Previous releases have sold out quickly and we are expecting a great deal of interest in these homesites, particularly the four lots with stunning views across the parkland and lake,” Mr McEntee added. Mr McEntee encouraged interested purchasers to visit the new Display Village and Land Sales Office, opened this month at nearby Annie’s Landing. “Every home built at Equis Lake follows carefully selected guidelines regarding quality and style to ensure a consistently high standard of presentation across the community,” he said. “With 28 new homes to discover at the new Display Village in Annie’s Landing, there is plenty of inspiration for prospective home builders.” LWP Advantage members can reserve one of the Stage 4A homesites through LWP’s online reservation system from 10am on 1 November. Remaining homesites will be released to the general public on 8th November, with titles to be released in April 2015.
