FORESHORE FACING LOTS AMONGST LATEST RELEASE AT EQUIS LAKE

Mr McEntee said Equis Lake was a peaceful place to live and had been designed to reflect the unique history and rural character of the site, a former equestrian centre. “Design elements such as gables, chimneys and window awnings will give homes at Equis Lake a traditional rural feel, while wide verandahs encourage neighbourly interaction,” he said. “It is a tranquil neighbourhood surrounded by nature, however is just a short drive from all the facilities in the Ellenbrook Town Centre.” Mr McEntee added that just 250 homes are planned for Equis Lake.
