Brunswick Forest is home to an 18,000-square-foot fitness and

wellness center that offers a bevy of fitness activities – from classes to

hard-surface tennis courts.

Forest Fitness & Wellness Center

With indoor and outdoor pools, Brunswick Forest residents are able to

swim year-round. For those who don’t know how, or would like a primer,

our swim instructor is available to teach both private and group lessons.

Water aerobics classes are also available.

Group Fitness

Group fitness classes, including yoga, Zumba, Spinning, and Thai Chi are

also available through our fitness center. A monthly schedule of the classes

offered is provided to residents, so you can get in a workout before you

head out for the day, or after you arrive home in the evening.

If you prefer to hit the gym solo, the Fitness & Wellness Center is well-

equipped to help you get a great workout. Plug into your iPod and run on

the treadmill, or do some strength training on the circuit machines.

form, or train long term to attain your

fitness goals.

If your fitness dreams include getting in a regular tennis match with

friends, Brunswick Forest can help make that a reality. Our 5 hard-

surface tennis courts are open throughout the day.

As part of our wellness services, the Brunswick Forest Fitness & Wellness

Center also offers residents massage therapy services.
