Ireo Uptown Receives Occupation Certi�cateIreo is delighted to share the exciting news that a signi�cant milestone has been crossed, enroute to delivery of Ireo Uptown

in Sector 66, Gurgaon. Ireo has now received the ‘Occupation Certi�cate’ (OC) for Tower D at Ireo Uptown from the Director

General, Town & Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana.

Further to this signi�cant milestone, we will soon be commencing Phase 1 of the planned phased handover of possession of

apartments, starting with ‘D’ Tower. We have also applied for the ‘Occupation Certi�cate’ for Towers ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘E’ (including

the Club) and are expecting to receive the necessary approvals by the second quarter of the current year.

Handing over of homes to our valued customers is an occasion of immense pride and ful�lled promise for us at Ireo. As

construction continues in full swing across multiple Ireo projects in Gurgaon and Punjab, we look forward to sharing news of
