Professional PhotosMy listings have the best photos taken by a professional photographer. The beautiful images increase internet viewings that lead to showings and offers. Your property will have the maximum number of photos available for each of the sites that it is viewed on.

Real Estate Search SitesWhen someone is thinking of buying or selling their home they first look to internet. That’s why it is important to make sure your home is listed in as many of the real estate search sites as possible. The most well known and largest sites get their information from the MLS. The REALTOR you hire is the one responsible for the information that gets submitted. It is crucial for the listing has the best pictures, a great description and accurate information.

Social Media

How does this affect your property? Social Media is a relatively new way of advertizing, but it is going strong and getting more and more powerful every day. You can think of it as “word of mouth” advertizing. When one person shares, post, comments, checks-in or Instagrams your home all of their followers and/or friends will see it. The best part is if they know someone who might be interested it can be shared again and then again.

Property Web Site

Each of my listings has a unique web site address for each listing. As you can see from the tabs at the top there is a description of the property, Features, Photos, Map, Walk Score, Schools, and a contact tab.

Supra Lock Box SystemAll of my listings will have an electronic lock box which is an extra level of security for your home. Anytime someone opens the box to get the key the device will have their name, their broker’s name, the time and day they opened the box, the agent’s phone number, and the email address. The box can even be programmed to only be allowed to open at certain times of the day. Below is a sample report.
