Janet Jiang joined Maxxelli Suzhou in 2004. Since then she has managed to develop the entire housing department. In 2008 she began working in the caretaking department. We would like to recognize her for her outstanding work.

Expatriate Football in China

Maxxelli Real Estate prides itself on being involved in the foreign community. We have helped establish Football Clubs in Suzhou, Chengdu, and Chongqing. In Suzhou the Maxxelli Football Team recently participated in the indoor football tournament organized by SSIS students. Maxxelli Chengdu each year participates ABE Cup sponsored by the American, British and European Chambers. Chengdu: The Bookworm celebrates their two-week-long Literary Festival 2009 from March 6th to the 21st with foreign poets, writers and journalists hosting lectures and workshops.
