PROCEDURE TO APPLY1- Appplication to be made to society in prescribed format.2- Two photo of the applicant along with ID and address proof to be attached with form3- DD/Cheque of required amount to be attached.

A- I/we declare that above particulars are true and correct and nothing has been concealed there of. I /we also declare that my/our request for allotment of plot of above size is irrevocable. I shall inform the society of any change in above information. I shall abide by the payment plan of the society.

B- I/we have applied for this plot with full knowledge and satisfaction of all relevant matter, laws.

C-All charges/stamp duty relating to sale deed shall be borne by me/us.

D- I/We shall not be entitled to interefere in any matter of the society and decisions of the executive committee. My/our interest will be limited to the purchase of plots and availing of other facilities provided to all the members.

E- I/We also agree that in case of refund due to any reason, society shall deduct Rs 21000/- (Rupees twenty one thousands only) towards administrative expenses and consent of introducer shall be required.

F- Society decision regarding allotment of plot shall be final and Society reserves itself the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
