DESCRIPTION
In this video Online Staging Pro offers ONLINE HOME STAGING advice and solutions for home Sellers on how to De-Clutter their home so it shows well in listing photos. It also includes photography suggestions. Poor home condition and bad photos are serious problems in real estate. Sellers who do not know how to prepare their homes properly and/or accept poor quality listing photos often can't sell their homes. De-cluttering is a primary home staging principle for in-person showings but is also very important to online showing. If a house shows with too much clutter, Buyers can't get a feel for the house when they see it online and are likely to 'click' and move on to the next house. Living AreasSee living areas with a fresh eye, better yet, through a camera lens. Think of clutter as too much of anything. Do you have too much:
Furniture, or bulky, oversized pieces blocking site lines?Books, magazines, papers, mail, office clutter? Media clutter, remote controls, wires, cords, screens?Knickknacks, accessories, décor, artwork, plants, flowers? Personal, children or pet products, photos, toys, clothes?
Visual distraction, color, textures, styles, shapes?
If you have too much stuff, pack it, store it, hide it or put it away!

KitchenThe kitchen can easily get cluttered but it’s not to difficult to de-clutter and get ready for online photos.
Put small kitchen appliances away, out of sight.Take everything off the front and top of refrigerator.Put away dishes, dish soap, racks, towels and products.
Counters and surfaces should be 90% clear of ‘stuff’. Put back just a few medium to large scale décor accents.
To start, remove everything off the counters and surfaces.
De-Clutter
+tip: If your kitchen needs work, DO IT. Paint cabinets, replace appliances, installnew countertops. Invest here or you’ll pay A LOT more later in price negotiations.

Photo shootAfter you have de-cluttered and the house looks great, there are a few more things you can do to get the most from your photo shoot.
Open up the window coverings and let the light in.
Get shots of each room from all angles, special features.
Move furniture that blocks important room elements.
Do a final ‘de-clutter’ walk through prior to shoot.
Move area rugs if floors are a selling feature.
