Sanand Taluka would be soon a most attractive destination in Gujarat for investment in real estate due to various reasons.

1) SIR ( Special Investment Region)SIR are especially notified industrial - cum - residential zones, each 100 sq.km. or more to be developed under public-private partnership model (PPP)

b) Changodhar SIR : Spread over an area of 401 sq.km. Changodhar SIR proposed behind the Industrial belt along the highway to Rajkot.

2) DMIC ( Delhi - Mumbai Industrial Corridor) Goverment of India has announced the establishing the dedicated freight corridor between Delhi and Mumbai, covering length of 1483 km and passing thru the State of UP, NCR of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

The proposed high-speed connectivity between Delhi and Mumbai offers immense opportunities for development of an industrial corridor along the alignment of the connecting infrastructure.

3) Nalsarovar catchment The state government has given its nod to a proposal of creating India’s first-ever Rs. 2,000 crore education

park-based city near Nalsarovar.

The project, named Nalsarovar Education Park, will be promoted by an Ahmedabad-based firm about 10km off Nalsarovar on a 2,000 acre plot near durgi village.

In fact, this project will be a part of the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited’s plan to create an eco-tourism project around the 15 km periphery of Nalsarovar.

4) 90 m wide Sanand By-PassA 90 m wide by-pass has been proposed in development plan which starts from Gibpura village & touches Nalsarovar road. This By-pass would reduce the travel time & distance to our Project.

5) Proximity to Auda resi- zone.I In auda sanctioned development the existing resi. zone in only 3.0 kms away from project site, making it an

option for first house conversion in near future.

6) Probable Wide Ring road. A 3rd 60 m wide ring road connecting north, south-east & and west of whole ahmedabad regions is under

planning process which will be just 1 km away from project location.
