There are three beaches along the coast ofJacksonville, specifically JacksonvilleBeach, Atlantic Beach, and Neptune Beach. There is the notable fishing town ofMayport on the north side. There are alsobeautiful towns to the South called St.Augustine and Ponte Vedra.
According to VisitJacksonville,“Locals say the best spot to hitthe waves are ‘The Poles’ locatedjust inside Kathryn Abbey HannaPark.” Regardless of where youdecide to land, the beaches arerelevantly not crowded.

WATERWithout access to the water, what woulda beach be but a dry desert? Fishing,hunting, water skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, surfingthe list is endless.
ST. JOHN'S RIVERThere is plenty to do in Jacksonville,particularly near St. John’s River. It is apopular place for outdoor activities.
GOLF GREENSOne cannot forget the rich vegetationand greens on the local golf courses. ThePGA Tour finds its home with ourneighbors in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
WEATHERYou can't forget the weather! Yearround, the weather is nice andtemperate. There is barely ever anysnow. It’s tropical and has subtlewinters. There are local residents whohave lived there their whole lives. It isa welcoming town. The summers cansometimes be brutal, but for a beachtown, that is expected at times.
Thankfully, the cost ofliving is low, makingJacksonville an evengreater place to live.
It is nationallyrecognized for thiscompared to the restof the East coast.
