To briefly REVIEW the Third Quarter 2016 results, let me give you a few quick insights: TOTAL Dollars Spent on Real Estate is DOWN 2.5% from last year (2015) TOTAL Dollars Spent on Real Estate was almost $126 Million TOTAL number of PROPERTIES of all types sold is about the same Dollars spent on HOMES is about the same Number of HOMES sold is about the same Dollars spent on WATERFRONT HOMES is UP 4% Dollars spent on LUXURY HOMES ($500,000+) is UP 20% Number of LUXURY HOMES sold is UP 9% Dollars spent on WATERFRONT LOTS is DOWN 22% Dollars spent on LAND & LOTS is DOWN 35% Dollars spent on FARMS is DOWN 39% Dollars spent on COMMERCIAL is UP 117% Conventional Financing is DOWN 8% to $47 Million Number of Conventional Financing LOANS is DOWN 12% Cash Financing is UP 5% to $44 Million Dollars spent on Grove Area is about the same at $65 Million South Counties Area is DOWN 4% to $40 Million If you would like a one page recap showing about 20 categories broken down to SOLD $s, # SOLD, Average Price and %age of market, let me know and I will send it to you. My Third Quarter Real Estate Market Analysis is now complete.

To briefly REVIEW the Third Quarter 2016 results, let me give you a few quick insights:

TOTAL Dollars Spent on Real Estate is DOWN 2.5% from last year (2015)

TOTAL Dollars Spent on Real Estate was almost $126 Million

TOTAL number of PROPERTIES of all types sold is about the same

Dollars spent on HOMES is about the same

Number of HOMES sold is about the same

Dollars spent on WATERFRONT HOMES is UP 4%

Dollars spent on LUXURY HOMES ($500,000+) is UP 20%

Number of LUXURY HOMES sold is UP 9%

Dollars spent on WATERFRONT LOTS is DOWN 22%

Dollars spent on LAND & LOTS is DOWN 35%

Dollars spent on FARMS is DOWN 39%

Dollars spent on COMMERCIAL is UP 117%

Conventional Financing is DOWN 8% to $47 Million

Number of Conventional Financing LOANS is DOWN 12%

Cash Financing is UP 5% to $44 Million

Dollars spent on Grove Area is about the same at $65 Million

South Counties Area is DOWN 4% to $40 Million
