Consumption analysis

To identify the areas of highest

consumption and implement

targeted efficient savings, it is

necessary to have information about

the building's real consumptions.

SimpleLife allows real-time metering

of electricity, water and gas

consumption in different areas. All

data recorded are sent to the super-

vision software that processes it in

graph and statistic format for easy

consultation, comparison and

forecast of future consumption.

Energy saving

Lighting, HVAC, electric loads

generate the highest energy

consumption inside buildings. How is

it possible to combine energy

savings, compliance with standards

and regulations and green

solutions? SimpleLife, featuring a

smart management of lighting,

thermoregulation and electric loads,

Safety and security

With SimpleLife, the building is

monitored 24 hours a day. Gas leaks,

water leaks, technical failures are

detected in real time and handled

automatically to avoid potential

danger to persons and things.

Thanks to IP video surveillance sys-

tem and access control, also through

biometric systems, SimpleLife lets

you view images from the cameras

and monitor the presence of people

in individual rooms or areas of the

building. The system will send email

and SMS alerts and the anomalies

detected by authorized users to

provide timely check and trouble-

shooting.

Power line communication IP

SimpleLife, transforms the power

line into an Ethernet network to

provide IP connectivity solutions and

services within and outside the

building. Thanks to a high-speed

powerline carrier it is possible to

install IP security cameras, provide

information and advertising service

to users through multimedia digital

information desks and panels with

the ability to create customised

schedules and messages; create new

LAN networks in areas of the

building not wired for Internet

connectivity; install WI-FI hot spot.

Lighting Lighting where, when and as necessary, to save energy and eliminate the waste resulting from lack of control in the use of light. SimpleLife offers intelligent, customised control of lighting systems, inside and outside the building. By interacting with the sensors installed in the rooms, the system is able to: switch lights on and off depending on actual presence of users; automatically regulate minimum and maximum lighting levels in response to measured daylight levels; program the switch-on, switch-off and output of groups of lights and individual light fittings outside the building.

HVACSimpleLIfe delivers intelligent manage-ment of the ideal temperature profile in every room, recreating optimal comfort conditions without either energy waste or unnecessary heating and cooling of areas kept unused for long or short periods of the day. Users can: remotely

manage switch-on and off setpoints for heating/air-conditioning during specific times, and program the relative temperature levels; locally modify the temperature from the preset levels by installing local intelligent sensors to meet the ambient comfort requirements at any time of day; shut down the air-conditioning system when windows are opened to prevent from energy waste and optimise operation of the system.

Electric Loads ManagementSimpleLife allows rational and efficient use of electricity to avoid overload blackout and surcharges due to con- sumption of Kw above the energy contract threshold. The EasyCon soft- ware makes it possible to set the maxi- mum value and program the electric loads to temporarily disconnect in case of overload on the basis of set priorities. The system will automatically put disconnected loads back on line when energy consumption values allow it.
