sales funnel:

Help them with their buyer’s journey.

Apply your company’s marketing process to your recruitment process.

Create an authentic, engaging, image and video rich career site as the gateway for welcoming potential talent.

Then engage!

Use social, email and content marketing to develop your talent communities, and engage with candidates.

Give them the information they need to “buy.”

Create Awareness.

Facilitate Consideration.
