Company Profile
05/03/2023 Employee Turnover 3
About Project Employees are important in any running of a business; without them the
business would be unsuccessful. However, more and more employers today are finding that employees remain for approximately 23 to 24 months, according to the recent research by Bureau of Labour Statistics. The Employment Policy Foundation states that it costs a company an average of $15,000 per employee, which includes separation costs, including paperwork, unemployment; vacancy costs, including overtime or temporary employees; and replacement costs including advertisement, interview time, relocation, training, and decreased productivity when colleagues depart
. Providing a stimulating workplace environment, which fosters happy, motivated and empowered individuals, lowers employee turnover and absentee rates. Promoting a work environment that fosters personal and professional growth promotes harmony and encouragement on all levels, so the effects are felt company wide.
When companies hire the best people, new talent hired and veterans are enabled to reach company goals, maximizing the investment of each employee. Taking the time to listen to employees and making them feel involved will create loyalty, in turn reducing turnover allowing for growth.

Conclusion Finally, we conclude that Indian labour market is concerned with
satisfying their basic needs of cloth, house, & food. The main reason of their leave from work is their personal health and family matters. The reason of Turnover is better job opportunities. It reduces productivity & disrupts the flow of work. To control absenteeism & labour Turnover, org should provide:
Special bonus & incentives schemes for extra work. Behavior of management should be co-operative with labour. Management should provide Health & safety programmes to
workers After the study of above information we conclude that the most
over respondent do their job in challenging way and them change their job mostly for better job opportunities.
There is a higher percentage of females in work force ads to the high attrition rate.
The most of the respondent do work better to achieve the benefits and promotions.
Persons are mostly satisfied with the medical benefit provide to our family.
