What we do
IPS was established in 1969, and has sincebecome a leader in specialist recruitment for a rangeof professional sectors. Over the years we havedeveloped a powerful reputation for our recruitmentexperience, skill and insight, and have built strongbusiness relationships with many key players inthe industry. We have established an office in Switzerland to offer our services in the insurance and financial services markets in Switzerland and the financial services hubs in Europe.

Finding the right person for the right job is nevera simple matter of placing pegs into holes. IPS is unusual in many respects. We are one of the largest independently owned business in our field. In fact, the people who constitute our key shareholders have remained so over many years, with relatively few changes.
