Based in London you will be part of a senior management team and will work closely with the Directors and Senior Managers of this specialist recruitment team to identify, attract and recruit recruitment talent from Trainee to Manager level as well as some support roles within Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Training and Administration
Operating across the UK from several regional branches this firm operate in several specialist and technical market sectors and have significant expansion plans for 2015 and 2016. You will be working with the leaders of this firm to design talent attraction strategies, proactively source experienced hires, host assessment days for Trainees, advise and oversee the interview experience and ensure the successful conversion of offered candidates.
This role offers an experienced Perm Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager / Team Leader a brilliant opportunity to move into Talent Acquisition and in a role that has great scope to develop into a Director role with a team of supporting Talent Researchers and Consultants.
