the world. Instead your customers coming and telling you
about your failures, you take the first step and educate them
how you handled the grievance.
INCENTIVESMake your customers your sales force, this might sound little
weird to you . No matter how much productive employees
you have, they only have limited hours to work per day. If
you give incentives to your customers, they will help spread
the word and push your company’s products and services to
their circle.
