Dr. LaViolette’s “subquantum kinetics” leads us to our third physics theory which is fundamental to New Energy science

And that is Prof. John Wheeler’s concept of the “quantum foam” which is characterized

by “quantum vacuum fluctuations”

Wheeler viewed the quantum foam as the foundation of the fabric of the universe

He believed that quantum “virtual particles” could blink into and out of existence at this

fundamental level of reality

He noticed that the quantum foam is not stable, but fluctuates rhythmically,

kind of like waves in the ocean

LaViolette’s “transmuting ether” is simply a more nuanced version of

Wheeler’s “quantum foam”

Other names it is also given in the scientific literature are the “Zero Point

Field,” “quantum vacuum” or the “quantum flux field”

If LaViolette is correct that subatomic particles are constantly emerging from the transmuting ether

or “quantum foam”, that would help us to understand why the foam is constantly in motion

And more importantly, that it is constantly bleeding energy from non-physical, hyper-

dimensional space into our physical universe

Imagine the higher-dimensional, non-physical space down here, constantly pushing energy into our physical space-time and creating “waves” of energy as it does so

New Energy scientists like NassimHaramein point out that the quantum

foam is superconductive and superfluid

New Energy scientists use the Fluctuation-Dissipation Theorem to model

mathematically the coming and going of these particles in the quantum foam

A key aspect of the New Energy quest has been to find ways to tap into this energy emerging

from the vacuum of “empty” space – or in other words, from the fluctuations in the energy

potential of the quantum foam

Many New Energy scientists believe that if we could simply slow down (or stop) the rotation of

electrons around their nuclei, the Zero Point Energy which is usually fed to them to keep them in orbit would be “freed up” for us to

extract and use

New Energy scientists also say that one of the keys to tapping this quantum foam – which they

also call the “Zero Point Field” -- Is to get the New Energy device “in resonance” with the

quantum vacuum fluctuations

To understand the concept of “resonance” here, think of standing

behind a swing while a child sits on it.

You are standing behind the child and, each time the swing comes back to

you, you give it a perfectly-timed push

And each time you push, the swing goes higher and higher. That is the

power of resonance.

It’s rather difficult to get ‘in resonance’ with something chaotic as this

And therefore another trick of New Energy technology is

to create order (“coherence”) in a

localized portion of the Zero Point Field so that it can then be tapped through

resonance

In New Energy science, when an energy generator gets in resonance with these quantum vacuum fluctuations, it has the effect of making

them stronger and stronger each time.

But since these quantum fluctuations exist, wouldn’t it be nice to measure

them?

You physicists love your math, don’t you?

That is what brings us to our fourth topic in the physics of New Energy:
