Page 2: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Welcome to Part 4 of our seminar on New Energy

Page 3: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Now you know a lot about what Zero Point Energy is, the history of its development

over the last century, and the latest scientific developments in New Energy

science & applications

Page 4: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

In our final section today, we will be discussing how you, your university, and your friends,

relatives & colleagues can all get involved in bringing the New Energy revolution to Vietnam

Page 5: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Friends, let us emphasize that now is the really critical time for introducing New Energy to Vietnam

Page 6: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Vietnam’s population, just like the population of the rest of the world, is growing

Page 7: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

For decades, people have been telling us that we have to limit population growth and save electricity

Page 8: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

In other words, that we have to

voluntarily restrict our economic

development and use of technology

to “save the environment”

Page 9: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

New Energy science shows us that those measures are no longer necessary

Page 10: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

With New Energy, we will sharply reduce pollution and increase agricultural

production, all while enjoying lower prices for virtually everything

Page 11: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Antigravity technology will allow us to live in the countryside but work in the city

because, at 40,000 km/h, you can feasibly travel a few thousand km to go to work

Page 12: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And with antigravity spacecraft that are

*made in Vietnam*, we will be able to move some of our

population off-planet in this

century

Page 13: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

We hear the next big opportunities in real estate are on the Moon and Mars!

Page 14: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Of course, our expanding population and desire for a modern lifestyle means we

need more energy each year

Page 15: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Old Energy sources will never supply these needs.

Page 16: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

The oil & gas in the ground is diminishing day by day and it’s getting harder and more expensive to drill

Page 17: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Even if it didn’t pollute, it still wouldn’t be an affordable energy source for us

Page 18: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

It’s gotten to the point that millions of people are dying so that a few rich

companies and investors can get more oil

Page 19: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Just about everyone realizes that fossil fuels are near the end of their road

Page 20: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

We’ve done all we can do with hydro power

Page 21: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

To do more would cause droughts in some areas and flooding in others

Page 22: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam
Page 23: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And create conflict between those communities that get water once we’ve

stopped up a river and those communities whose water is taken away

Page 24: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Solar & wind power are fine for the next decade to get us through to LENR and other ZPE systems

Page 25: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

But solar & wind power depend too much on climate and they are expensive & unpredictable

Page 26: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Also, the sun won’t shine brighter and the wind won’t blow stronger if you ask them to.

Try it!

Page 27: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Biomass is a good way to use up our agricultural waste, but the amount of this waste is limited and burning it in biomass-

fired power plants is dirty and smelly

Page 28: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Some people have proposed that we even burn healthy crops to make electricity

instead of food, but that is insanity

Page 29: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

America is burning 43% of its corn crop as ethanol fuel. Insanity.

Page 30: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Nor can we look to traditional nuclear power as a solution.

Page 31: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Fukushima made that very clear.

Page 32: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Defense experts think that China already has scalar and longitudinal weapons capable of creating earthquakes anywhere in the world

Page 33: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Israel, the United States,

Russia, and perhaps other countries have these weapons

too

Page 34: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

They have been used before

• Do you remember the Myanmar tsunami?

Page 35: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

This means that even if the workers at the Ninh Thuan nuclear energy facility follow all safety procedures strictly, China or another hostile country could use

scalar weapons to make that facility a virtual “nuclear bomb”

Page 36: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

At the very least, we need to use New Energy technologies to immediately transmute and clean up the used nuclear fuel rods at the

Ninh Thuan facility

Page 37: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Let’s not follow other countries’ example and let those things stack up in Ninh Thuan for 50 years

Page 38: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

But an even better solution would be to convert it to a New Energy facility using

safe, room-temperature Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions, i.e. “cold fusion”

Page 39: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Already, we see that China is violating Vietnam’s territorial integrity to get fossil fuels

Page 40: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

But they are only doing that because fossil fuels are so valuable

(unless they have another reason entirely… which we think likely)

Page 41: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

When the New Energy revolution takes hold, the “Hai Duong 981” oil rig will be practically

worthless for its ability to extract oil

Page 42: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Thus, developing New Energy is a way to protect Vietnam’s sovereignty and independence

Page 43: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

If Vietnam doesn’t start developing New Energy now, it will become dependent on foreign countries for energy technology

Page 44: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And the experience of the last 50 years is that these countries will never share with

Vietnam their best energy technology

Page 45: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Instead, Vietnam will

pay high prices for inefficient,

outdated systems that

don’t produce enough energy

for strong economic

growth

Page 46: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

If we want to do it right, we have to do it ourselves

Page 47: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t cooperate with foreign scientists or energy companies;

it just means that we have to take responsibility for our own destiny

Page 48: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And put ourselves in a position of leadership in the

New Energy movement

Page 49: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

If we can do that, we will bring Vietnam into a whole new world

Page 50: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

What will that world be like?

How can we envision a Vietnam transformed by Zero Point Energy applications?

Page 51: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

With New Energy, we can expect improvements in many aspects of our individual lives and our society.

Page 52: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

We’re not claiming it will be a paradise.

Humans still struggle to make ethnical decisions and use technology wisely.

Page 53: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Some people are bound to misuse New Energy technologies, so we need to continually update our laws and regulations to deter

people from using New Energy irresponsibly.

Page 54: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

But in general, New Energy will improve our individual experiences on this planet and bring many benefits to our

families and communities.

Page 55: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Those improvements will be much lower costs of production

Page 56: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And thus lower financial barriers to starting a business

Page 57: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

It means people will more easily be able to meet their basic needs for food production, housing, and healthcare

Page 58: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And thus fewer people will need to borrow money from banks and become indebted

Page 59: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

It means we can spend more time doing creative things we enjoy, instead of

exhausting ourselves in mind-numbing jobs as wage-slaves of large corporations

Page 60: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

It means that using technology will be much easier, without needing to connect everything to an electrical grid

Page 61: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

It means the State Budget will save lots of money, because it won’t need to invest in

roads, bridges, tunnels, or other infrastructure that was needed in the old

“wheeled transport” paradigm

Page 62: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Super-fast transportation without the need to “refuel” will integrate our economy within Vietnam and with our ASEAN

partners like never before

Page 63: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Lower construction costs will bring cheaper but higher quality housing to the populace

Page 64: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Countries that are struggling to develop their economies now will find it easier to catch up

Page 65: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And with greater economic equality, we can expect that jealousy will decline and, with it, terrorism

Page 66: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Every person will be able to save a lot of time compared to today

Page 67: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And we can use this time to develop our

talents, have fun with family and

friends, and center ourselves spiritually

Page 68: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

The pressure to work long hours at boring jobs we hate will gradually diminish

Page 69: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

And with it, we can expect the psychological health of the populace to improve

Page 70: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

We’ll be able to grow fruits and vegetables close to home – and with no or very little

chemical fertilizers and pesticides

Page 71: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Meaning we’ll be eating clean, fresh,

healthy foods at low cost, instead of eating more expensive foods full of chemicals that

were grown by strangers hundreds of

km away

Page 72: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Or manufactured on an assembly line as a “biological experiment” for your digestive system

Page 73: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Along with more nutritious food, healthcare advances will help us live longer and feel better

Page 74: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

With more energy and enthusiasm when we start each day

Page 75: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

With New Energy, the world will be a lot more fun than it is today.

So why would you want to check out at just 80 years old?

Page 76: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Most fundamentally, New Energy will allow Vietnam – and the rest of the world – to transition from an era of economic scarcity

to an era of economic plentitude

Page 77: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

When Karl Marx wrote his seminal book Das Kapital, he envisioned a future society that was egalitarian, non-

exploitative, advanced, and modern

Page 78: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

The economic bounty that New Energy can provide will help to make these aspects of Marx’s dream a reality

Page 79: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

Those of you here today who learned Marxism-Leninism in school can conceive of New Energy as a way of bringing a fairer, more

egalitarian and yet modern society about

Page 80: New Energy Part 4A: The Need for a New Energy Strategy in Vietnam

In the remainder of this seminar, we’d like to talk about 3 things that will help make New Energy a reality in Vietnam.

• A strategy for Vietnam’s New Energy revolution

• What you can do to introduce New Energy here

• How we can fund and finance the rollout of New Energy
