Methodological Note for the Working Groups

Main goals for Working Groups 1 and 2:

Working Group 3 is responsible for defining the methodology for Groups 1 and 2.

Phase Goal Methods & Tools

Phase I Define methodology and Preliminary Assessment of Project Ideas

Project Prioritization: Scoring, Weighting, Ranking (SWR)

Phase II Further assessment of one to three ideas: feasibility analysis

Logical Framework Approach (LFA)

Phase III Preparation for the EIB/EIF, commercial banking and/or EU funding

LFA + Other Tools: Financial Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis, etc.
