CHRISTMASThe most wonderful time of the year, full of joy, fun, festivities and if you are anything like me, lots of sparkle.
But what happens when you don’t feel the same zest for life anymore, you lose your mojo, you don’t laugh like you used to, you don’t seem to have the same crazy energy?
1SET YOURSELF A GOAL
Without a goal, you will never achieve the thing you want, because you won’t know where you are heading or how to get there. Think of a longer-term goal and then break that down into smaller, achievable goals.
2LISTEN TO YOUR INSTINCTS
Listen to your instincts! They are there for a reason and more often than not, they are pretty ‘spot on’.
BE BOLD, BE BRAVE
Change needs you to make it happen so start small and work your way to up to doing really brave things, the things that you are terrified off.

4INVEST IN YOU
Investing in yourself is the best thing you will ever do. Treat yourself to a long bubble bath, do some exercise and eat nice healthy food, get your hair done, paint your nails, do whatever makes you feel special.
REMOVE NEGATIVE PEOPLE
Remove the negative people from your life and be sure to keep the positive ones, the people that make you smile
