‘I failed. My life is useless now.’ ‘I am no more a useful person to anyone.’ ‘I can’t achieve anything in my life.’ ‘I wasted so much money and so much time.’ ‘I broke someone’s trust.’ ‘This is the end of my life.’ ‘I should die.’

Anyone who is facing failure trauma usually piled up with these odd kind of thoughts.

Every one of us faced failure someday and may face it in the future, because human life starts with learning and failure is the key to learning and Ultimately learning is the key to success.

Just facing failure is not the key to success, but learning from failure and gracefully emerging out of the failure instead of quitting from the situation, is the next path toward success.

During my engineering course, I remain in the top three students of the class. So I always thought that I would get job very easily.

But when I became the part of the battle, I failed. I failed twenty four times. I faced twenty four software company’s interview sessions, but I failed.

After that I got jobs back to back in five multinational companies. After each failure I cried a lot, but never dying attitude helped me to win.

During that tough time I get to know that it’s not an easy task to overcome failure trauma but neither it’s too tough.

If someone has been the victim of failure, he/she doesn’t easily get the way to come out from this stigma. Many people suffer from depression.

The victim’s mind tries to find the easiest way to get out of the situation - get disappear from the world, in short suicide.

This situation becomes worse for teens. Even sometimes, parents don’t know how to deal with this thing. So if you’ll know the way to deal with failure, you will never have a fear of failure, which may stop you from pursuing your dream.

So instead of diving into the depression world, let’s find out a way to deal with the word ‘Failure’.

Failure could be of any type: Failure in love, failure in education, failure in relationships, failure in career, etc. Human efforts are prone to errors and failures.

If you just faced failure or if in future you face failure any day, follow the below 7 steps plan:

Step 1: Keep a hankie as your companion with you. Cry out aloud in your room, feel all the odd things which happened to you.

Step 2: Share it with your nearer one, with whom you feel comfortable in sharing the problem. They can be your parents, friends, and spouse.

If you find uneasy to share this in person; write a letter or write an e-mail to them.

If you really do not want to share it with anyone, write your all grudges on a blank paper (don’t try to write it in proper language, just make it easy) and keep that paper in a safe place because in future when you will read this, you will laugh at it.

Step 3: Give a treat to yourself. Do what you love. Enjoy good food, do shopping, watch movies, listen music or just follow your hobby.

Step 4: Failure’s first fear is, ‘what people would say?’ So face it. Whenever people discuss about your failure, just take it easy and laugh along with people.

Step 5: Do analysis of your failure. Ask yourself a series of questions. What I did wrong? I would not have failed, if I have done this.

Step 6: Its fine, you failed but from now start trying to find new ways and new options to get success. Do complete research. You can take more days because this step/process matters a lot for future action plans. At the end finalize the way you want to choose to work upon or if you want to do totally new thing choose the new destination.

Step 7: Gear up yourself for the new work. Do complete researches for new work, read inspiring stories, try to keep positive environment around you. Try to be away from negative thoughts.Go ahead with the above plan and break the failure stigma suit. It is a tough process but not impossible.

Say to yourself: I can accept failure, but can’t accept quitting.

Lesson: Failure is the part of effort, but make sure, you keep the things always in mind which caused failure for you and vow not to follow the same.

Share with me: Please share your story or your way. What you did when you faced failure. How you overcame and started walking again. You never know, maybe your story can help someone to overcome his/her odd time. You own way can inspire someone to shrug off the failure.
