The ingredients:

1 kilo and 200 grams of mackerel olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 fistful pine nut, salt, peppers,1 bunch of wild fennel, half a glass white wine.

Just try, even you can do this recipe

The “zerro” is delicious, if you conserve it in “salamoia” ( a mix of water and salt)
