PRIORITIES
gtd: the factors
1.Context - Where are you? What tools are available? What are the limits and possibilities unique to this moment?
2.Time available - Do you have, for example, 30 seconds, 30 minutes, or 30 hours available to you right now? What tasks could you accomplish given the time you have?
3.Energy available - Are you full of energy, is your ass dragging, or are you somewhere in between? Which of the tasks on your list could you finish, given that energy level?
4.Priority - If you had access to all the tools, opportunities, time, and energy you needed, what's the most important or time-sensitive thing you could do right now?

◦write down any new projects, action items, etc.
1.Review "Projects" (and Larger Outcome) Lists
◦ensure that at least one kick-start action is in your system for each
1.Review "Next Actions" Lists
2.Mark off completed actions & review for reminders of further action steps to capture
•Review "Waiting For" List
1.Records appropriate actions for any needed follow-up & check off received items
2.Review Any Relevant Checklists
•Review "Someday/Maybe" List
1.Check for any projects that may have become active and transfer them to "Projects" & delete items no longer of interest
•Review "Pending" and Support Files
1.Browse through all work-in-progress support material to trigger new actions, completions, and waiting-fors
