How to Carve a Pumpkin

Yesterday in class ,we did something fun! We carved a pumpkin for Halloween.

Before we could start carving our pumpkin , we had to gather are materials. First we needed a sharp metal knife. Then we need a monstrous spoon. Next we need a gigantic trash can. Then we had to get a black marker. Wait we need a orange round medium PUMPKIN!

Now we are ready to carve are pumpkin. First we had to cut a circle around the stem. Then we need to take the top off. Next we need to get out the slimy pumpkin seeds using a spoon and throw them in the trashcan.

Now we need to draw a face. Then

we need to draw two triangle eyes on

the top. Second we need to draw a

upside triangle nose in the middle.

Then we need to draw a giant mouth at

the bottom shaped like a banana. We

need to put two teeth on the top and

one on the bottom in the mouth.

Now we can start carving our pumpkin. Carve out the triangle eyes on the line. Then we need to cut out the triangle nose on the line. Next we need to carve out the mouth on the line. Make sure you cut exactly on the black line.

Our pumpkin turned out cool and

scary. We had a fun time carving our

pumpkin for Halloween.
