‘Fulfillment by Goo2o’ is a service provided by goo2o to its store owners

to get the ordered products shipped to their customers

Store owners can use this integrated feature right from their store panel

A store owner can either ship the products himself/herself or can select

‘Fulfillment by Goo2o’ option

What does fulfillment by Goo2o mean

by Goo2o



The store owner should use ‘Fulfillment by Goo2o’ if :

He/she want a safe delivery of the product because in the case of loss or

damage the store owner won’t have to bear its cost

He/she want a hassle free shipping of the product by scheduling a free pick

of orders

He/she want timely delivery of the product by making sure that the

product should reach the customer under the promised time

Step 1:

Log in to your store admin panel with your Goo2o login id and password

Click on the ‘Manage’ tab and select ‘Orders’ from the drop down menu

Step 2:

On the ‘Orders’ page you can see the current status of all the ordered

items placed by your customers

Step 3:

Click on the ‘Create shipment’ button, respective of the order to be

shipped

Once you have selected ‘Create shipment’ you will be directed to ‘Create

Shipment’ page

Step 4:

On the ‘Create shipment’ page you can combine and pack items to create

a shipment

Select ‘Yes, I want Goo2o to do the fulfillment for my shipment’ to use

fulfillment by Goo2o

Step 5:

On the ‘Create shipment’ page you will see the details of selected order

and the details of all those other orders which have to be shipped to the

same address

Step 6:

On the ‘Create shipment’ page you can select whether you want to add

other orders to the same shipment or not

To add other orders to the same shipment click on the ‘Add to Shipment’

button

Step 7:

Once you click on ‘Add to Shipment’ button your other orders will get

added to ‘Shipment Items’

You can select the quantities from the ‘Quantity to Ship’ drop down

menu

After selecting the quantity click on the ‘Create’ button

Step 9:

Once you click the ‘Create’ button you will be directed to ‘Shipment

details’ page

Here you will see all the details of the order to be shipped

Note down the ‘Goo2o shipment reference ID’ for further references

Step 10:

Fill up all the ‘Carrier details’ in the field shown and click on the ‘Confirm

shipment’ button to complete the process
