How to use “Google Calendar”

Accessing google calendar is easy when you have gmail.

Login to your email account.

And click on “Sign in”

Once signed-in, click on “Calendar”

You are now in google calendar

Click on “Create”

You can choose viewing per week

Viewing monthly

Click on any day, and assign an Event like below

Click on “Create event”

And the event appears on the calendar

Events can be at certain time of the day only.

Send invitations

Send to as many invites at the same time.

To view a friend’s calendar,

Send request to view

To create new calendar

Designate a new Calendar Name

Designate country if different from yours

Select to make public or Share with specific people only

Set Permission Settings
