Cut the foam

Use paper tape as a reference and guideCut as much as possible: less irritating dust

Finish the topview

Sideview: draw on both sides

Round up by sanding

Fix PU-form on the table

Tear glass mat into pieces

Make sure you prepared everything

Prepare the Resin

Stir well

Paint PU-form with polyester-resin

Add Glasmat and push it with roller

Lay up all layers and impregnate with resin

Cutting the edges

Turn up side down

Done
