Begin your day with prayer and/or meditation
This gives you a chance to get centred and thank God for all the blessings you already have and those to come
Exercise is one of the best medicines for the body. By starting your day with 15 minutes of exercise you will boost your metabolism and send your energy levels through the roof. Here is a quick workout routine I use:
15 Pull ups20 Push Ups25 Squats
1 minute break after you complete a round. See how many rounds you can do in 10 minutes
Exercise
Visualise achieving your short term and long term goals. Affirm that you will achieve these goals like you’ve already achieved them. Here are a few of mine that I say and visualise every morning:
- I believe in the abundance of the Universe- I am physicallly and mentally fit- I am a world class motivational speaker and
bestselling author- The world is complete as it is, and I am grateful for
it- I am rich because I add value to other people’s
lives
Visualisation/Affirmations
Breakfast is the most important meal of the dayMake sure to have a nutritious meal so that you have enough energy to make the most of every opportunity the day has for you.
Make sure you have water and a piece of fruit with the rest of your meal.
N.B: I also have Aloe Vera first thing in the morning so that my body can absorb the nutrients in the food most efficiently.
