• How often do you achieve your goals? • Complete a project that will take a few months and actually finish

it

• Check off everything on your to-do list for the day.

• How often are you able to do that?

• Like most of us, you probably get only part of it done or you just keep putting it off and procrastinate to no end.

Chunk Your Goals

• What if you broke it down into bite-size, digestible portions?

• Small action steps that you can make progress on

• Set milestones for yourself that give you due dates you can put in the calendar.

• After a few days, weeks, and months, you would be making significant progress on your project.

Batch Action Items Together

• For your to-do list, sure you want to get it all done, but your goal is to do it in a day.

• Do similar tasks together. • Example: Multiple phone calls

• In the mindset of returning phone calls and ngaged with the people you’re talking to

• Better chance of success

How I Chunk & Batch My Goals

• Example: Real Men Make Plans Course (My large project)

• My to-do list for one particular day:1. Write the scripts for the modules.

2. Configure the PowerPoint presentation for the modules.

3. Record the video and audio for the modules.

4. Save the module video files, then audio files.

5. Upload the modules to the course website.
