How to Properly Use and Get the Most Out of Your Conditioner!

Does your hair feel like straw after you shampoo it? Does it look healthy? Most people don't use conditioner correctly and end up wasting most of the bottle, by letting it run down the drain! Here is the correct way to use your conditioner to get the most benefit from it and also how to take it to the next level and get that luxurious celebrity look and radiant shine.

Step 1: Wash your hair with your favorite shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Step 2: Squeeze out as much water as possible with your hands. Step 3: Here's the most important part! Take a towel and blot your wet hair with it. Think of your hair as a sponge. If a sponge is soaked it will not pick up

any more water, but squeeze out a sponge and it is ready to soak up again. If you are putting conditioner on hair that is already soaked, then it can't be absorbed into your hair shaft. It just goes down the drain with the water! Note: If you wash your hair in the shower, then at least take a wash cloth or dish towel in with you to towel blot your hair. If your hair is long, take a clip to secure it up, so that you don't rinse it back off while you're showering.

Step 4: After towel blotting well, then apply the conditioner to your hair, concentrating on the ends first. Your ends and mid-shaft are the driest parts of your hair and this is where the majority of your conditioner will go. Most people use too much conditioner. You should not be using your hand as a cup, with conditioner running over it. If you do, you need better products. If your hair is long, put a drop of conditioner about the size of a half dollar in your hand. Rub your hands together to disperse the conditioner and then rub through hair. Don't try to put a big clump of conditioner on your hair and THEN try to work it through. If your hair is shorter, then use less. You really don't need that much. The hair closest to the scalp is healthier than the ends so use less. On someone with long hair, the ends may be several years old! Avoid putting conditioner on your scalp, especially if you want volume, as it may weigh your hair down. 1) Leave the conditioner on for at least 3 minutes to get the most

benefit. I know it's very boring hanging your head over a sink for that long, but you can do it. Just close your eyes and relax. This might be the only time in your day that you can.

2) Rinse completely, in cool water, to close the cuticle and help the conditioner stay in your hair shaft.

3) Towel dry and style as usual.

Want to Get that Celebrity Look, Feel, and Radiant Shine? Then Take it to the Next Level with ArganEsque Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Treatment by adding these additional steps after Towel Drying Your Hair. Step 1: Pump 2-4 pumps of ArganEsque Moroccan Argan oil hair treatment into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together. Step 2: Run your fingers through your hair working the oil throughout your hair beginning from the root and working outward towards the ends. If you have naturally oily scalp or longer hair, you can apply from mid-length downward and then work your way up towards the roots. Step 3: Allow your hair to air dry or you can blow dry your hair and style as usual. Because of the detangling effects of the oil it helps to improve drying time. It also acts as a heat protectant and helps protect your hair from heat damage when blow drying or using hair irons.

Step 4: After you’ve finished drying and styling your hair, apply another 1-2 pumps of oil using the same process to control loose out of place hair and to further condition your hair and give your hair a beautiful radiant shine.
