Location:- Our plant is situated at Chakan industrial area. It comes under Kharabwadi Grampanchayat and is easy for transportation from Talegaon-Chakan chowk(3 Km), Mhalunge Circle(3Km), Mercedes chowk(6Km), Bhosari MIDC(20Km)

About us2 .Shade Area:- Our shade has a width of

60feet, length of 72 feet and height of 25 feet which is sufficient for powder coating unit.

We have separate space for incoming and outgoing material

3. Pretretment Process :- We have 7 Tank process

Multicolor Powder coating machinery. In Which we have 3 ton capacity crane for pretreatment process.All machinery details are as above.

We are well known about customer requirements from a powder coating supplier, that’s why we keep our service in time. Also we have sufficient and skilled man power which help us to provide best service.

5. Quality:- We are very Careful about Powder Coating Quality for that

we have appointed a Production & Quality person for maintaining coating quality. We have arranged separate area for laboratory. We have purchased powder and pretreatment chemical from well known sources . Every lot will be checked by Cross-Cut test by special 2 mm cross cutter with adhesion tape . Every six months we will conduct Salt-Spray test and we also have DFT meter ,Gloss meter & Pencil Hardener Test also.

Material Inward

Material Deep in Pretreatment tank for pre cleaning before coating.

After Pretreatment,

clean job by red scrub pad & polish

paper to get better surface for

coating.

Hang job by hook in powder coating

booth & spray powder on it by electro magnetic

Gun.

Hang coated job’s in trolly.

Push trolly in Oven and keep it in

under 190 degree for 10 min.

After completed curing time, pull

trolly from oven & unload jobs when it

comes normal temperature.

Check every job by quality person and

Dispatch it to Customer.
