Nós valorizamos o seu negócio e pedimos que respeite a politica de marcações do spa.Necessitamosde 6 horas de aviso prévio para qualquer alteração ou cancelamento do seu serviço sem qualquer custo. Por favor note que qualquer pedido de alteração ou decancelamento só será aceite se feito diretamente com o spa.Qualquer alteração ou cancelemento efetuado com menos de 6 horas antes da hora por si reservada, está sujeita a um custo a ser indicado pelo spa que poderá sero valor total do tratamento por si reservado. Aos clientes considerados no-show ser-lhes-á cobrado o valor do tratamento na sua totalidade. Reconhecemos que otempo dos nossos clientes e das nossas terapeutas é valioso razão pela qual implementamos esta politica. Quando um cliente não comparece a um tratamento, o spaperde não só esse negócio mas também a oportunidade de receber reservas de outros clientes que queiram marcar para a mesma hora.Note, que quando faz uma reserva com o spa, estará a concordar com todas as suas politicas. Cancellation Policies and FeesYour spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa�s scheduling policies. We require 6 hour advance noticein order to cancel or change any service with no charge. Please note that any change or cancellation will have to be done directly with the spa staff and will only beconsidered if this is the case.Any cancellations or changes made with less than 6 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who misstheir appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff isvaluable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business ofother clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. Please note that any charges will be billed directly to your room account or creditcard as per above policy.
PaymentFor clients staying both at Pestana São Tomé,Miramar by Pestana and Pestana Equador payments are billed directly to your room or paid directly at reception. OutsideClient�s must pre-pay directly at reception or guarantee their reservation with a credit card at time of booking. If the client chooses not do pre-pay or guarantee thebooking with a credit card, the Spa does not consider this to be a confirmed booking and reserves the right to book any treatment for this same time.Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
