The BRIT Awards 2015 The BRIT Awards 2015 with Cornucopia Events will take place at The O2 Arena London on 25th February 2015. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to buy tickets for this year’s event, which promises to be yet another memorable evening of awards presentations and live performances, highlighting the achievements of acts and artists over the preceding year. Please read the notes below carefully. The BRIT Awards 2015 will be transmitted live on ITV1 between 8pm and 10pm.
Sapphire Suite Guests A Sapphire ticketing option is offered to guests who wish to experience The BRITs show from a VIP
Suite. Suites are available in two sizes and are sold with an 18 or 15 seat capacity. Additional seats
may be bought separately (please see below). Guests will enter the venue through the bespoke BRITs
red carpet arrivals area and be shown to their Suite. On arrival to Suite level, guests will be offered
complimentary champagne drinks reception. Guests will then venture into their suite and will be
served drinks from their own bar and enjoy a pre-‐show hot buffet. After dinner, guests will remain in
the suite, moving forward to watch the show from the seated viewing area. The Live BRITs show will
commence at 8pm with 8-‐9 unique performances interspersed with the legendary Award
presentations recognizing the excellence of the previous year’s successes both British and
International. There are two sizes of Suite available. The first seats 18 guests with the option of an
additional 6 bar stools that can be purchased separately.
The second seats 15 guests with the option of an additional 5 bar stools that can be purchased
separately. Please indicate the size of Suite you prefer and the number of additional bar stool
seating required. The Suites will only be sold as a whole at its minimum capacity. After the show, all
Suite guests can remain in their suite or vacate to The BRITs VIP Club Tent to enjoy an after-‐show
party, with pay bars, which will close at 1am.
Diamond VIP Dinner Guests A Diamond ticket package is offered to guests who wish to book a table dining experience within the
BRITs VIP Club. Tables seat a maximum of 10 people. Guests will enter the venue through the
bespoke BRITs red carpet arrivals area. Once within the VIP Club, guests will be offered a glass of
champagne as they take their seats for the pre-‐show three-‐course dinner. Artists and Guests dining
in this area will be privy to a unique live performance exclusively for BRITs VIP Club guests. At 7pm,
Diamond guests will be asked to take their Level 1 VIP seat in The 02 Arena from which they will
watch the BRITs show to be broadcast Live on ITV1. After the show, all dining guests will be invited
to return to The BRITs VIP Club Tent to enjoy an after-‐show party, with pay bars, which will run until
1am. Sapphire and Diamond packages will be required to complete a Drinks Order Form, which will
be supplied in January 2015.
Show Timings 5.00pm -‐ Pre-‐dinner drinks reception for dinner guests
5.30pm -‐ Three-‐course dinner served for Diamond guests in the “BRITs VIP Club Tent”
6.00pm – Buffet dining served for Sapphire guests
7.00pm -‐ BRIT Awards guests asked to take their VIP viewing seats within the Auditorium / Level 1
8.00pm – Show starts (As the event is transmitted live on TV all guests are required to be seated.
10.00pm -‐ Show ends (after show party begins in the “BRITs VIP Club Tent”) – NB: Only pay bars at
the after show party.
1.00am -‐ After show party ends
Dress code is ‘glamorous, NOT black tie & NO jeans.

January 2015.

NB: The Suite prices above are commissionable at 10% to contracted & approved partners only.
Booking Terms & Conditions:
All the prices above are subject to VAT @ 20%.
All bookings must be accompanied by an immediate 25% deposit payment in order to guarantee
the booking, with the balance payable by 30th September 2014. All bookings from 1st October
2014 will be payable strictly by return.
Drinks at the dinner must be pre-‐ordered and paid for separately in January 2015.
Just to remind you that there can be no mass e-‐mail outs / e-‐flyers and this product must not to
be advertised on any website. The supply chain must remain absolutely confidential; otherwise
the supply chain will be shut down. Our contacts in the industry are extremely close to us and if
the supply chain is compromised, they will lose their access to their biggest industry event! As a
consequence of this, we will only supply to people we know and trust.
