GFiling an Annual Return is one of the Annual e-Filings you need to file with the ROC, along with the P&L account, Balance sheet and Compliance Certificate. Whether your company has share capital or not, you are by law required to file your annual returns within 60 days of the AGM.Your company and its every officer will have to pay Rs.500/- per defaulting day after the AGM, if Annual Returns aren’t filed.Annual return consists of information and documents that include the Balance Sheet of the Company, Profit & Loss Account, Compliance Certificate, Registered Office Address, Shares and Debentures details, Register of Member, Debt details and information about the Management of the Company.
