The developer in Dubai floated a tender for building contractors to submit the quotation for a new building project. Along with the quote, the developer demanded the contractors to provide a Bid Bond or Tender Bond Guarantee. Our client, the contractor from Dubai decided to submit their bid. So to increase the chance of winning the bid and to honor the terms of the bid, the contractor required Letter of Guarantee. To avail Letter of Guarantee on behalf of their company, the contractor contacted us with their request. We analyzed their contractual agreement and approved to provide Bid Bond Guarantee. The Client signed an agreement with us and transferred the service charges. Then we blocked our bank limit to structure the Bid Bond and sent the draft for their approval. The client approved the draft and paid the issuance fee charges. Finally, we forwarded the request to our bank and instructed them to issue Bid Bond Guarantee to the developer’s bank via SWIFT MT760. The Contractor submitted their quotation along with the Bid Bond Guarantee and Won the Building Project! Read the Full Story Here! Do You Require Letter of Guarantee to Submit Your Tender?
