Executive summery In designing a research, that the purpose of the study is understand of Sri Lankan the benefits regular exercise and physical activity regardless of consumer age, gender or physical ability are hard to ignore source by a using questionnaire. Consumer research can also be divided in terms of qualitative and quantitative perspective. In this research we have consisted both because in reality there is a great amount of both qualitative and quantitative consumers research data collected by researchers. My question explain about characteristics, unique features, attributes and benefits and Factors that influence making the final decision of existing and potential customers The assignment is designed to assess the application of theory and knowledge gained in the above consumer behavior. The result indicate that the majority of the existing and potential customers.

Consumer research can also be divided in terms of qualitative and quantitative perspective. In

this research we have consisted both because in reality there is a great amount of both

qualitative and quantitative consumers research data collected by researchers. My question

2. Methodology

This study about understand of Sri Lankan the benefits regular exercise and physical

activity regardless of consumer age, gender or physical ability are hard to ignore source by a

using questionnaire .

Customer samples and data collection

Random sample – a member of the population is selected at Colombo metropolitan area of

two random samples has enrolled in research.

Existing customer - 30 samples

Non customer - 30 samples

3. Introduction

Gymnasium is very strong in its research & development and at present the company is

rigorously engaged into developing new gym service and solutions with a special focus on

existing and potential consumers. Currently our company is planning to open new gym

center.

Description of research with the benefits regular exercise and physical activity regardless of

consumer age, gender or physical ability are hard to ignore. Many people have started up

their activity partly or entirely based on gym center. The way people conduct their activity

has changed dramatically and it also affects the way they do marketing as well however, gym

center likes equipment, trainer and legal agreement.

Some questionnaires are analyses by with Microsoft excel.

4. Findings

4.1 Questionnaire for existing consumer

Question – 1, 2

There is 70% consumer favorable attitude for the gymnasium. Other 30% exiting consumers

is unfavorable attitude. Existing 35% consumers go to gym center daily. 65% consumers

don’t go to the gym centers daily.

Question – 3

Nine Consumers select first place weight loss exercise. Eight Consumers select running

exercise. Belly fat is selected by six consumers.

18 consumers think that gym center is good for the health. Most of consumer need a trainer

but 35% consume are avoiding trainer.

4.2 Questionnaire for potential customer

Consumer’s favorable attitude of gymnasium centers. 80% consumers are unfavorable and

20% consumers are favorable.75% consumers already gone to gym. But not now, they want

trainer. Other 25% Consumers who never been to gym yet, they may go if they get good

trainer. There are same percentages of consumers who like two joint gyms as well as not like

to join.

5. Findings and Conclusion

According to the findings after conducting a pilot study, if we consider about 30 sample

household they have different attitudes towards this energy saving principles.

Existing consumers

There is consumer favorable attitude for the gymnasium. But that gym canter fulfilled

consumer delight. There is a problem trainer qualification low, no advice service, very short

time opening and haven’t some best gym equipment.

Potential consumers

Future consumers like a gym center. All of future consumers undertook benefit of gym but

there is major problem time, and some consumer’s entertainments reducing consumer gym’s

interest.

6. Recommendation

Customer required various ideas to develop and improve our Gym center. so we want to

consider the some information

Maintenance best practice

Establishing legal agreements and relationships.

Encouraging users, staff and volunteers to be proactive in promoting a safe

environment in the gym

Establishing and documenting gym policies and procedures so that all who use the

gym have access to them either at the gym or online

Taking out an insurance policy

Training and protecting gym users, staff and volunteers

having a person or committee that takes responsibility for reducing risks

implementing systems to support risk management practices (e.g. reporting hazards,

incident reports, emergency evacuation plan)

Creating and documenting a safety checklist and a signage checklist for the gym

including a signed maintenance log for each piece of equipment.

Equipment should be set out to ensure that all exercise areas contain safe working

spaces and that user numbers do not hinder the safe and effective use of the training

equipment. User numbers may need to be restricted if space is limited.

All equipment should be mechanically sound and installed and operated in accordance

with the manufacturer’s instructions and standards.

All equipment should be routinely serviced. Maintenance checks should be

undertaken on a daily or weekly basis according to the manufacturer’s

recommendations and gym usage. A signed logbook to document this process should

be kept for each piece of equipment
