• The aim for the D.I.Y school bags is to combine the desire for personalized fashion and help the environment by re-using the bags • Old school bags are refurbished , coloured and any extra fabrics are

• Start-up costs: around €20 to buy the fabrics and paints • fixed costs: see start-up costs• variable costs: around €5 depending on customers´ wishes,bags will
be sold with a profit of 20% (e.g. 5 euros bags will be sold for 10 euros)• Break-Even-Point: 20x+200 = 24x x = 50
