We are thankful to Sir Fraz Inam for being source of motivation & inspiration. Above all to whom we cannot forget in our semester named Fraz Inam, who built such a gigantic passion to execute out plan till the accomplishment. We are also very thankful of our passionate teacher who always proved as best as other teachers in our entrepreneurship project. We are also thankful to them who were present with us in this project to be prepared till the final destination of this project. Through this subject we tasted a real flavor of the entrepreneurship that up to which limit it has been extremely worth full for us now in a present innovational universe. Today it has been a need of one country to pass under such idea & plan.
Business Summary
We are going to start our business of online grocery store which is online shopping because there is an opportunity and a market gap. Population of Multan is round about 6 million and maximum people are not known about online shopping .Our main focus is to provide knowledge and information about online shopping. We will follow the penetration strategy. In our idea we tried our best to show you entire things that have been very much necessary for the people. Our target market is provide service of home customer.

Intensive place is our strategy of place. We will set our office for distribution where the demand of this product will also be very high. Where the people may wander in a great quantity because by doing this we will not need to advertize our product by investing more money on the publicity in the market. This is the main things that we will have to set by thinking a lot. If once we able to decide a good place then it will quite sure our success.
Promotion
To promote our product we will use the push strategy that will be useful for us to execute. In the start we have to produce our goodwill in the Market. A sudden push in the market will help to capture a lot of customers and we will be a good one to make our name on the word mouth of each person that is quested to use a good quality product at reasonable price.
Development Plan
In the development plan we have to focus on the most important points through a good boost will come for us to have a strong grip on the development. In the development some necessary points we are going to discuss.
Market Segmentation will be our concern to achieve. It we arrange some market segmentation to get maximum know and how about the market then it is quite sure we will soon in a position to understand that what kind of our primary target market that will be bless us not heavy surplus but breakeven point obviously. This will be enough for us to take good skills for further proceedings.

B. Professional firms will be a good portion to be attacked to spread out product to them to enjoy a good development.
Our intended markets are increasingly growing towards recognizing the difference between poor quality business consultancy service and that of high quality. This development is an important
trend for us as it represents our target market, and hence opportunity. We now are having an increasing number of people who appreciate quality information and the importance of having comprehensive and concise market and business plans.

We selected these two products because we have seen a big gap in this business that the people all around the Multan city are not getting now a day.
