About Us Finepac ® has a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with an area of 20,

000 sq. ft. Machines and tools developed with innovative ideas are employed in the manufacturing process to ensure better yield. Finepac ® also has a full-fledged fabrication and machine shop for manufacture of Column packing (structured packing, random packing), Column internal, Distillation trays(Sieve trays, bubble cap, floating valve & fixed valve) Process Columns, Heat Exchangers, Pusher Centrifuges, Static Mixers etc.

The fabrication shop is equipped for manufacturing column trays of different types also. The company can undertake fabrication from various MOC like carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium etc. Finepac ® has developed the pusher type horizontal continuous pusher centrifuges used for solid liquid separation. Smaller to medium capacity machines have already started spinning in the chemical industries with satisfactory results and the company is now planning to introduce pusher centrifuges of bigger capacities.

Matrix And Coalescer Pack

Finepac Structures Pvt. Ltd. manufactures best quality Matrix and Coalescer Pack that are specially designed for use in absorption & distillation columns and in chemical reactors. The packing is manufactured in corrugated sheets making it strong and light and well suited for this application. Liquid droplets directly impinge on the irregular surfaces allowing coalescence to take place. The larger droplets then flow either up or down through the packing and separate out into their respective phases. Packs are typically 210mm deep and 2 to 5 packs are used.

Flat Plate Pack

Flat plate packs achieve good coalescing performance whilst being resistant to fouling and so is the normal first choice for coarse separation performance in production separators. Oil And Water Coalescing Internals

Finepac Structures Pvt. Ltd. is a leading supplier of process systems for a wide range of Oil and Water Coalescing Internals. After leaving the initial distribution baffle the liquid enters a settling zone in which gravity separation causes entrained gas bubbles to rise to the oil/gas interface and join the continuous gas phase. Inlet Distribution Baffles

Inlet Distribution Baffles are provided inside the shell to increase the residential time for air. Immediately after the inlet device the liquid passes through a distribution baffle which may be a single or matched pair of transverse perforated plate baffles in the liquid zone. Its primary purpose is to provide a barrier and distribute the liquid evenly from the turbulent inlet zone into the calm separation zone. The distributor also acts to dampen adverse liquid waves and surges which may be caused by incoming slugs. Occasionally, for long separators and/or where the gas velocity is high, additional baffle plates (wave breakers) are installed at the gas/liquid interface along the vessel to prevent wave build-up.
