• Long Range Transportation Plan to be developed by LA Metro in 2015, will likely be the basis for November 2016 ballot measure.

Ensure that Measure R2 funds a transportation system driven by environmental, economic and social justice principles and enables So Cal to:– meet federal clean air standards; – create the world’s most vigorous GHG reduction strategy

when joined with CA’s existing ZEV, renewable energy and energy efficiency programs, Sustainable Communities and Cap & Trade program; and,

– includes TOD with affordable housing and anti-displacement policies.
