Band Website

Alt-J’s website is lay out very basic with splats of paint either side of the screen as the only colour as to not draw away from the links and text in the centre. The text in the centre provides links to apps such as Twitter and Spotify. The Twitter link sends you to their account which from a brief look appears to be a way to promote live events and share what they are currently doing. There is a hyperlink to the bands new album ‘This is all yours’ on iTunes. The album consists of 14 tracks including ‘Every other freckle’, ‘Left hand free’ and costs £8.99. This link is used so that the band can sell their album and create a profit.
