DESCRIPTION
Sonar is a social and digital media monitoring platform that tracks posts and conversations based on preset keywords and accounts. In partnership with Twitter's leading official data providers, Sonar covers social media channels such as Twitter and Facebook, 6 prominent local forums and 18 online news websites, all in Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring clients 100% coverage. In addition to post and article capturing, Sonar incorporates insightful metrics that can be used to measure engagements with brands or keywords, sentiment and trending issues or themes connected to each preset keyword, enabling campaign and social media managers to obtain a general overview of past and ongoing social media campaigns or issues relevant to their respective brands. The Sonar platform consists of one main consolidated dashboard supported by 4 channel dashboards to accommodate insights for different channels, as insights and metrics for differing channels tend to be unique. Users also have the ability to download raw post data in CSV format, enabling users to directly import such data into 3rd party processing applications such as SPSS, PSPP, DAP for event light processing in Microsoft Excel. Additional channels such as Google+, Instagram and Youtube are planned to be soon, further empowering social media strategists to full understand the social media landscape surrounding their brands or keywords of interest. To further complement the platform, Sonar has a full-text search function built-in on the main dashboard and for each channel. This enables users to drill down and analyze sub keywords and issues and incidentally surface during a live monitoring campaign or post campaign analysis. Full metrics and measurements are also provided for these searches, resulting in endless detailed analysis and discovery of additional insights to further enhance ongoing social media campaigns or post campaign findings.
