DESCRIPTION
A social influence platform that enables brands to engage with their most influential fans and consumers, with measurable social media targeted campaigns. The fundamentals of marketing and business haven’t changed that much over the past few years. If you have a strong brand and customers who are willing to tell all their friends about you, then odds are you’ll be successful. However, the landscape has changed. TV/Radio and Print once meant that the brands controlled the marketing and communication channels. But now customers do, empowered by social media; we’ve all become more informed, more vocal, and more influential. Today we are 3 x more likely to make purchasing decisions based on each other’s reviews and endorsements – than what brands tell us. The battlefield for brands is now on social media, not the high-street. Businesses need a way to create strong brands and customer advocacy in order to drive revenue. But this leads to some difficult questions in the social era: How do I get customers to engage with my brand, let alone the most influential ones? How do I turn customers into brand ambassadors like apple / virgin / first direct? How do I focus my marketing resources on the right things when agencies and consultants cost thousands per month? Through addressing these questions we created Sociolus. A platform where brands can understand their social media performance and engage with influencers.
