the use caseI set up a project team:- people from IT, key users,

external consultantsI can set up a Drive folder with the project material. “Post” each document on G+, tagged and shared with relevant people.Every mail that is exchanged should not be “forwarded”, but only “posted” on G+, to the correct circle within the Community.

Documents attached to the mail are saved in Drive.People that read the “mail/post” can comment it. All the addressee can look at the comments and reply.(“decision” ok/ko button? “obsolete”?)If the team changes over time, new members will be able to see everything, properly tagged and sorted.
