Step 1: Download and install iTunes Password Recovery software

Download and install iTunes Password Refixer. After installing, launch it on your Windows computer.

Step 1: Go to find iTunes backup files on Mac and Windows PC: In Windows, navigate to C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup/.

In Mac, click search bar in the menu bar, then enter ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/.

Step 2: When you see the list of backup files, delete all of the files. Step 3: Do iTunes Backup again, but uncheck Encrypt iPhone backup box.
